「I had communicated that I would be arriving in the early hours of the morning and asked for check-in instructions. I was advised that they could only be sent once o arrived at the building and that there would be someone available to do this. There wasn’t. I ended up having to wait in the lobby of the building till the morning and then had to wait another couple of hours for the room to be cleaned even though my booking started the day before and the apartment should’ve been ready. 「Es handelt sich weniger um ein Hotel im herkömmlichen Sinne, sondern eher um eine Art Museum mit Gästezimmern. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer selbst sind eher rustikal und haben Ecken und Kanten, wirken allerdings sehr charmant. Geputzt wird während des Aufenthalts nicht, auch werden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt. Das kann man unter ökologischen Aspekten aber auch positiv sehen, mich hat es jedenfalls nicht...

「Todo estuvo bien , pero en mi opinion creo que deberán quitar el sillón azul de la habitación en la que me hospede y colocar una mesita de trabajo con su respectiva silla, además de agregar un contacto más, para así poder cargar la bateria del celular, y también checar la conectividad del internet con la tv, porque el ultimo día , le batalle un poco, más sin en cambio y fuera de lo antes comentado , todo estuvo muy bien , la ubicación, la tranquilidad de la zona y el trato del personal y dueño...

「Realmente todo, porque no respetaron mi reservacion con el argumento que ho habian revisado la pagina por la que realice la reservacion y a altas horas de la noche debi arriesgarme con mi familia para buscar otro hotel. Realmente este tipo de situaciones deberia tener alguna sanción para los hoteles que no respeten las reservaciones y coloquen en riesgos a los usuarios.」
