Falta de seriedad

Pésimo, no respetaron la reservación. Cuando realizamos check in dijeron no había nada más habitaciones. Se realiza pago con tarjeta y Niño dieron solución. Es increíble que dejen a un usuario a la segunda 10 pm en la calle buscando hotel en una ciudad que no conoce.

una estadia algo tensa.

Pues al llegar la persona encargada en el momento no sabia si existia reservacion, no esperaban a nadie, luego me cobro nuevamente la habitacion a pesar que solo habia que cancelar iva mas impuesto hotelero, no tenian comida decente a la venta, ademas solo habia atun pequeño muy costoso, no colocaron jabon en la ducha, al dia siguiente no me ofrecieron desayuno a pesar que me cobraron dos veces la habitacion, ademas a pesar que habia llegado temprano de la reunion, habia un grupo de prsonas que decidieron hospedarse en el sitio y el personal se referia a los clientes de manera muy despectiva e irrespetuosa, creo que no se acordaban que estaba todabia en la habitacion. De resto muy tranquilo el sitio, la cama y demas muy limpios y reconfortantes. no huice reclamo directamente ya que no contaba con tiempo y ademas escojer entre reclamar plata y dormir prefiero dormir y ese servicio si se presto muy bien.
