"This hotel was perfectly located - walkable to everything in La Candelaria, as well as close to Plaza Bolivar and all the best museums. "The staff were helpful and the room was clean. I like having coffee in my room and that was not possible. Had to wait till 7:30 AM for the restaurant to open. Or get dressed and walk around the corner. But overall, it was a comfortable visit in a fantastic neighborhood And I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff."

"Great location - 2 blocks from plaza bolivar. Felt upscale, safe, very walkable & close to all the museums. Room - clean and big enough. Great view. The shower had no pressure and flush wasn’t working great. Staff - amazing. They knew manageable English. Weren’t good with sure seeing tips though. Food - Breakfast was above average. Restaurant on the expensive side, but amazing food. NOTE: the 2 twin rooms are small & twin beds are good only for 1 person. They upgraded us for free to a king + twin."
