「It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city. We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. The young one is very active in the morning and walk between 3 trees to search the fresh leaves for breakfast. It is the first I see korala walks and I never...

「Friendly staff and very clean rooms. Responsive to housekeeping needs as I submit my requests through the room’s tablet. Excellent working area though the lighting js a bit too dim once it hits around 5:30pm. 」

「Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. Greatly reduced the appetite....
