"The purpose of my stay was for my kids to swim, upon arrival we were told the pool was closed. Also there was a bunch of soccer players and their families (all kids) they ran through the halls knocking on peoples doors and running away for hours. Their parents nor the hotel staff did anything. I had a horrible experience. "

"There are multiple issues. Was attending as part of the antique show. Items of concern: 1) Directions were inadequate for where the antique show was located 2) The food services were average at best. Seems to cater to mostly carb and fat eaters; not much for people on diets 3) The food services were undermanned--waits were excessive 4) The listing on Hotels.com was inaccurate. Requested for room for two, got a room without a window...Had to paid an upgrade to get a suite room with a window. 5) Some of the clientele have no manners - i) on Friday evening saw several people peeing on the lawn by the front door and ii) Saturday saw people dumping trash in the parking area."

"The property was clean and well maintained. We chose this hotel because of the free breakfast versus other similarly priced options in the immediate area. We were very disappointed in the food service. The food was about what we expected but the staff failed to meet our expectations. They offered fresh fruit but we found some of the fruit offered was actually moldy. Worse, some one had pulled a very moldy orange out of the fruit basket and set it out on the counter next to the basket. Despite having made several trips to survey food levels the lady who was working in the kitchen and dining area failed to take and dispose of the orange. That just left us unsure of how much the staff worried about food safety"

"No cinnamon buns. The only thing that sets Holiday Inn Express apart from other mediocre breakfasts. No recognition from the staff for gold member status. Had to get our room key reprogrammed because someone attempted to enter our room. No apology."

"Rooms just gave motel vibes . Staff was nice . Clean to the eye but very outdated ."

"Not a great stay overall. Hot water was weak and then ran out after two (of our 4 needed) showers. One of the beds was sloped towards the middle. Decor was a little tired, carpet had some stains. Other than that, bedding was clean and staff were nice."

"Rooms were clean. But the twin beds didn’t have Blankets so I had to go down to the front desk to get some. The one TV didn't work. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. One of the refrigerators also did not work. No extra pillows of blankets in the rooms. A good place to stay in a pinch."
