"Sorry to say this but I know it will help you in the future The room is look's ugly and smell so bad, when I open the room, the smell come out straight away. The bed is too low can stand up straight and the mattress is no good at all, gives me sore back and body next day. I book in 3 sleep people sleep and only give me one big towel and 2 little one to use, service no good to me. I book in a lot of hotel in this web site, but this is the lowest one I have. Thank you hope you understand that Have a blessed 6"

"Dont stay in this hotel"

"The room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a small lift and staircase, along with an all-hour side access door using a key code. Entry to the room is also key coded. Theres a cupboard, iron, hair dryer, bar fridge and kettle in the room. There’s also food and drinks downstairs which are reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, despite the blockout curtains, the light from billboards and train station still shine into the room. You can also hear faint sound from the train and foot traffic. This could be a problem if you are a light sleeper or need a dark room to sleep."

"A quiet room accessed by an elevator and the kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of power points in the bedroom and an up market bathroom. I enjoyed my stay."

"Air conditioner worked well, but no room cleaning during the 4 day stay. Staff were excellent. Bar service excellent. "

"Stay of two nights after first night, shower not working, left at 3.30am to assist a volunteer group and reported issue to reception, return 1.30am the next day & found no attention to shower issue at all. They very reluckantly gave axcess to another room only for use of shower. Very poor no apology."
