「Room was spacious and clean. Front desk crew so helpful as our luggage was delayed and arrived next day. Hotel delivered to our door and allowed a delayed checkout so we could get a shower and change of clothes in before departing! Also the adjoining restaurant was wonderful. 「It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions」
