"We spent a few nights at Carus Cappadocia in Suite #3 and really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed at check-in, and the spacious suite was lovely, with crisp linens, coffee and tea, bottled water and a beautiful private patio. The patio was a highlight, although being at the back of the hotel meant some alley noise, occasional strong cooking smells from neighbouring restaurants and not the best of views with some clutter in the neighbouring property but all good. The suite also had a separate room that would be perfect for a third guest. We booked an additional night and moved to a smaller room near the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for one night and had all the key essentials. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, so we missed experiencing it, although breakfast was available and cocktails were served on the rooftop until 5 p.m. We were told a new restaurant would be opening soon! The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. Our only real hiccup came at checkout when the front desk mixed up our airport transfer with another guest. We were given the wrong introduction to our driver and ended up in the wrong transportation, which led to a stressful and confusing drive to the airport. Thankfully, we made it! Overall, a lovely stay and a wonderful base for exploring Cappadocia. Thanks for the memories — we hope to return one day soon! ❤️"

"what a wonderful hotel, there was not one single thing i would change about my experience at Amber Cave Suites. I planned the trip for my mums birthday and they really went above and beyond, providing a cake, the owners father even gave us lovely bracelets as a gift, they also decorated our room while we were away on the hot air balloons. There was a brilliant spread for breakfast with an amazing view. The room itself had everything you needed and was so incredibly clean and well maintained. I truly recommend to anyone looking a lovely unique stay with incredibly friendly (and two resident dogs)"

"The room decor was nice and the staff are very helpful. However, the location of our room was terrible. It is right next to the entrance of the restaurant so the guests stand in front of our room door, drinking, smoking and waiting to be seated at the restaurant. They stood next to our only window which we had to keep closed for privacy. Beer bottles and wine glasses were in front of our door and on the window sill in the morning. The music from the parties is loud and continúes until 10 or 11pm making it difficult for guests who want to go to sleep early in order to wake up before down for balloon rides or to see the sunrise. I recommend ensuring your room is far from the restaurant."
