「The room was super clean and had a king size bed, enough space as a living room, and large bath with zacugge.
The staffs were really nice to help me. My rental car had a problem and so it was towed before I got the hotel. I should to contact the rental company whether I got a new car or terminate earlier than the contract. The staffs assisted me and the early termination of contract was done successfully. So great!!
The breakfast was served by the staffs and food was delicious. The restaurant...

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Great hotel in a prime location. We were lucky enough to receive early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival (we also traveled during the low season). 「The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged).
