This was such an amazing experience staying in a cave, loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great. My husband forgot his watch in the room when we checked out so they sent it to our other hotel in our next destination in Istanbul. Thank you so much for that, we really appreciate it.

Amazing location, beautiful rooms and hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, Fatih was the best helping us with anything and everything we needed, including our luggage. Spectacular property in a great location - about 200 meters from downtown Goreme. Amazing customer service, excellent amenities, the rooms are beautiful and very clean. It’s such a cool experience to stay at this cave hotel - our room had a Turkish hamam. We’d love to go back and stay there again. Breakfast was delicious and everyone who we encountered from the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. Fatih was so helpful and catered to all our asks.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the city center, with stunning rooftop views of hot air balloons drifting over the landscape, as well as the nearby open-air museum and other must-see attractions. I recently stayed at Cave Hera Hotel in Cappadocia and had a mixed experience. Pros:     •    The service was very good — the staff were friendly and accommodating.     •    The room was spacious and comfortable to move around in.     •    Great location, close to the town center and convenient for exploring the area. Cons:     •    The bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest well.     •    The pillows weren’t great and could definitely use an upgrade.     •    If sleep comfort is a priority for you, this hotel might not fully meet expectations. Overall, Cave Hera offers solid service and a great location, but the sleep quality could be improved.
