"Our experience was fantastic, and Carus Cappadocia was one of the main reasons our trip was so memorable. The location of the hotel is excellent and easily accessible, the views are breathtaking, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special shoutout to Fatima, who made sure our days started with a wonderful breakfast and a smile. Give her a raise already! Highly recommend Carus Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Our room was very clean and spacious, a bit hot as there were no windows but there was a fan; TV, shower, jacuzzi and massive round bed. The staff were all very polite and helpful. There is a breakfast buffet which is mainly savoury and ample drinks, breads and hot and cold choices. The spa and pool facilities are great but there are only 4 hammocks to sit around the pool on."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Zara Cave Hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is beautiful, and the views are absolutely amazing, especially in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons flying over Cappadocia. It was such a memorable experience and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. A special thank you to Deniz and Meriyam, who were both absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were so kind, welcoming, and helpful, and truly made us feel at home. We highly recommend staying at Zara Cave Hotel if you’re visiting Cappadocia. The beautiful views, great location, and wonderful staff made our stay so special. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Pro: The property is in a great location. It’s in the center of Goreme. It’s walking distance to the Goreme open air museum, bus station, and many shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff helped me coordinate an airport pickup at the last minute. Cons: Our room was not well maintained in the sense that it smelled like sewage. We ran the bathroom fan, room fan, and slept with our window open but the smell continued to intensify. The lid on the toilet was falling off. The bed was not properly covered with a fitted sheet or a sheet that even covered the mattress. In the first 5 minutes of sleeping, your body is touching the uncovered mattress. I am not sure whether I would stay in this hotel again. Everything but the room was great."

"Nice hotel overall. There’s some construction work going on opposite the hotel, which means the view isn’t great at the moment and it can be a bit noisy. Other than that, the hotel is good and clean, and the staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful."

"The room is very spacious and clean, and the hotel is well-situated near all the shops, bazaars, and restaurants. The staff members are incredibly friendly and treat guests like family, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was excellent. Finally, the activities arranged by the hotel, including the professional tour guides for the jeep tour, red tour, and hot air balloon excursion, were outstanding."
