「Amazing view」

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「Lovely, peaceful and clean hotel. Traditional with helpful, friendly staff. The property serves a great breakfast and is located close to all the town’s amenities. The rooftop bar area is a great place to sit and enjoy the sunset with blankets provided for the cooler nights. There were six in our party and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.」

「I spent four nights here in early March, and the hotel was everything I wanted. It was perched at the edge of town which made it quieter than in the city and had incredible views of the city and valley. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. 「Our stay at The Owl Cave was just okay. We originally booked the Premier Room with 1 King Bed, but the humidity, lack of ventilation, and lack of windows made the stay unbearable. Unlike other cave hotels, this room had not been equipped with proper ventilation - we would not reccomend staying in this room. Thankfully, the staff was extremely helpful and understanding. 「The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. 」
