「The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! 」

「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned.
