"The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful. "

"Advertised as had AC. The unit did not work if it did. Had to open the window to cool down room to sleep which was not a problem but traffic thru the street was enough to constantly disrupt sleep. "

"Considering the price of accommodation its fairly a good deal as it is situated at a convenient location, very close to lourdes sanctuary, plenty of shops around for souvenirs and food, a general store right next door and the lourdes station at a walking distance. The accommodation is not a very fancy one but it's very clean and tidy, staffs are very responsive to even late night calls in emergency and includes all facilities one would expect at a hotel"

"We cannot not be happier with our stay. Audrey and William are the friendliest of hosts with whom we shared laughs and stories. They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. The farm animals were friendly and playful. Breakfast was delicious. Needless to say we want to return on the next opportunity!"

"Bonjour, je suis arrivé hier à ma chambre, mais c'est une honte, tout est vétuste, la porte d'entrée, de salle de bain, c'est pas normal de loué ce genre d'endroit, je vais faire remonter l'information au plus haut niveau, Hôtel.com ne doit pas avoir de tels endroits à louer, quelque soit le prix, de plus les gens fume dans leurs chambres et toutes les odeurs de tabac passe par la salle de bain, je sort d'un cancer et j'ai donc respirer toute ces odeurs de tabac pendant 12 heures, je pense que...
