「The tent was lovely, the pool area was thankfully not busy, so very peaceful and the BBQ was great (1 between 2 is plenty, very generous portion). I had major issues contacting the property through Expedia and that caused stress. I suggest they work that out. The evening show and food were poor.」

The issues lay with the housekeeping team and the cleanliness of the rooms. They did not replace tea/coffee amenities or repair elements even once we have complained. 「Lovely riad, just outside the medina. Rooftop breakfast was divine as was the whole experience. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, nothing was too much for them (I would give 6 or 7 stars if possible). The room, though small, had everything we needed (air-con a must!!!). My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our stay.」

「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」

「Great staff at the desk and at the bar. A taxi ride away from the center of the city, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Great atmosphere, and lovely pool (which closes oddly early, though).」

「Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」
