「The cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful, but the blankets were dirty. I showed one of the cleaning ladies my blanket and asked for a clean one. She said it was just old, folded it, stored it in the cabinet, and gave me another blanket. I left right afterwards and didn’t really look at it. 「Very lucky with our room upgrade nothing special just at the pool side because we a lot of people complained about street noice on the other side. Rooms nice and clean . No A/C is not acceptable for an island with a hot weather . In the morning we have to close our bedroom because of the noice coming from delivery stuff getting ready for breakfast . Breakfast was good for the first 2 days . They offered veggies that you can eat. They test very bad like they were keep in the fridge for a month ....

「The hotel itself is good. We had a large clean room on the ground floor. There was plenty of wheelchair access everywhere. The staff are really helpful and made us a 'breakfast picnic' we could collect the night before as we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast started. They were all really nice and polite. We were given 2 single beds. Mine was fine but my husband's was so noisy, every time he turned over in bed it made a really loud noise.
