「El hotel esta bien distribuido. Nos toco la atracción de fuego y agua en la piscina ¡expectacular!. La playa es excelente. Buena bebida y buena comida con acceso a todos los restaurantes. Las atenciones de Carlos en Preferred Club fueron grandiosas, detallista y servicial. El personal del Lobby, bares, maleteros... siempre con amabilidad y buena disposición. Gran hotel.」

「Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. Thank you Nicole for the great stay! 」

「Horrible el lugar. Las habitacionee son super pequeñas en las camas extremadamentes pequeñas para dos personas, estuve dos noches y tres dia y dos de los tres dia no habia agua en los baños nisiquiera para descargar el inodoro horrible lugar. Fue una pesadilla」

「Mi habitación estuvo limpia y bien cuidada, aunque la de mis familiares no tanto, pues vimos cucarachas en la suya. La piscina es excelente, y el personal fue muy amable y comunicativo. El unico detalle es la energia eléctrica que hay que pagar el consumo al final. No es un gasto excesivo si utilizas la energia como en casa, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. Tampoco incluye desayuno, pero hay un excelente restaurante llamado Aroma, donde ofrecen 10% de descuento a quienes se hospedan en el hotel....
