The access into the ocean from the beach was excellent. Proximity of swim up pool to ocean was great. Resort was very clean. Good service. Occasionally had a hot water issue. Loved the preferred club restaurant by the beach. Could use more seating for some night time other than the big show. Add more tables to lobby bar for example. You can't really call the sports bar a sports bar.

Me and my family had a great time, starting from check in and all the way to check out. Atmosphere was amazing, and customer service was exceptional. We had an amazing room. Our concierge name was Merihan Guerrero was always checking in with us and she was amazing, the best in the entire Hotel. 100% recommend.

The resort was beautiful, we stayed in a Preferred Club family suite which included access to exclusive areas and restaurants at the resort which was worth the extra amount. The preferred club food options were consistently better than the other food offerings. Beach was great - was usually able to get spots just fine. It would have been nice to get away from the constant music which tended to be on the loud side. Service was good - there did seem to be somewhat rude service but we weren’t sure if that was more of a cultural thing or not.

The Hotel was excellent right from the entry, to the beautiful suite we got, courteous and always smiling staff, the World Cafe, which had a good selection of Vegetarian Food and the evening entertainment events everything was A+. We were group of 5 families traveling together and the kids enjoyed the Kayak and other activities. The bright sunny beach and the wonderful sunny weather was Cherry on top, specially coming from cold weather. We all enjoyed a memorable vacation and have definitely put on a few pound with all the delicious food. Just one caution, please avoid regular tap water or ICE, we were requesting bottled water in the hotel and the hotel staff gladly provided each time we asked for it.

We loved the resort! The staff exceded our expectations. Everyone is so friendly and polite! The resort is beautiful and offers lots of entertainment and delicious food options! The best part is the beach! It has beautiful clear and quiete water like a natural pool! We definitely will be coming back to this resort! Highly recommend!
