「The staff was nice however they could only do what’s in there control. I order two glamping bubbles and it rained that night not good at all. 「When we arrived, they gave us the wrong Broom. We paid for the penthouse, suite and got a two bedroom suite. That was not a penthouse. We were so tired. We don’t tried to deal with it the next day. Also, there was no water in the suite, the oven did not work, they were not enough towels, and the bedsheets in the second bedroom smelt like they were left in the washing machine too long.
