「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. 「酒店位置，设施，卫生都很好，就是早餐比较简单」

「Too many kids and dogs! Dog hair in the elevator and waiting area. Where went to check in no one was at the desk for 10 minutes. I was calling the hotel when they finally showed up. That was the evening girl. The morning check out guy seemed uninterested. The food area was a mess due to so many kids dropping stuff on the floor. Just overall not a pleasant stay for the money.」

「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

「Although the hotel lobby area is being renovated everything else was Excellent. When I arrived a little early, the front desk staff, David, greeted me in a friendly, welcoming, professional way. He offered to allow me to check in early. The public areas as well as my sleeping room was clean and fresh. The bed and pillows - excellent - very comfortable. A hotel team member who walked by the dining area extended her assistance in helping me and my two friends get hot war for tea. While my stay...

「Comfortable beds and spacious room!!」

「There was a lady that treated me horribly because I was given the wrong information the night before by the front desk on when breakfast opened. She was really rude and then told me to get away from her like I was going to attack her. Not going back.」

「We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were especially comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated having coffee and tea available 24 hours a day. Breakfast was good, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant experience!」

「I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.」
