「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. 「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「We just completed a 10 Day road trip up the coast and we stayed at five different hotels, and this one was the best. The hotel seems very new, so cleanliness was perfect. The room was comfortable and spotless, with probably the best room design of any hotel that I have ever stayed at. From the cabinet (with fridge) that was above the AC unit, so the slide out luggage holder, I was just impressed. I would stay here again.」

「The room was clean. The bed pillows were not as comfortable as my home pillow. The pool was small, but we were the only ones using it. There is no hot tub. Breakfast was always hot with a good variety of good food.」

「The house played host to a number of kids soccer teams, that were incredibly noisy. A phone call to the front desk did no help. Also the elevator was out of service all week, and lm 72 yrs old with a cane and traversing the stairway was difficult.」
