"The staff was great! The complimentary shuttle within a mile was really great and made our stay very affordable. The room was basic and the king bed became a little stiff after 10 days but the cleaning staff did a great job and was very respectful. The Loft restaurant was a 5 star experience and the waiters were very friendly. The complimentary drinks in the lobby were always a fun surprise and the ducks around the lobby were a fun accessory to watch people take a trade. The pool was a little small but hey had a nice gym. Customer service and hotel staff were very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. Our toilet and tub didnt flush/ drain very well but their shampoo smelt nice. The tv was large and the desk area was standard but nice. Lost star due to door slamming. Our room was very noisy all the time as we were upnext to a staff service elevator and the clunking and banging was a little insufferable."
