"The room was very clean with comfortable beds. The free ferry to cross the Thames was also very useful. The check-in process was a little tedious however."

"Nice location. Friendly and helpful staff. Reception and bar/restaurant area are great, the rooms I had were dated, but clean, beds have hard mattresses, some rooms have air con, however this didn’t work very well, other rooms have portable fans. 4 lifts to access floors. All of a good size."

"Check in and out was very quick and easy, staff were very polite and helpful, breakfast was reasonably priced with plenty of choice, the hotel is well situated and you can easily walk to all the main attractions within minutes, I would definitely stay there again."

"The room had all the amenities of a regular hotel. It was clean, well- lit & comfortably furnished. Toiletries, coffee & tea, plus bottled water were complimentary. More than adequate storage space for a single traveller. Excellent transport connections within a five minutes walk. I have stayed in a number of university properties and this one still tops the list for facilities, location and value for money."
