We really enjoyed our stay in this little hotel with plenty of personality. It’s quirky and one has to be expecting that. The staff are wonderful- smiling, easy to reach and helpful. We were a bit concerned that there was no air conditioning but they supplied us with two fans and room temp was fine. The breakfast was delicious- I wish we had included it in our booking. And it’s super convenient to Paddington station, just half a block,so easy to reach from LHR and easy to get around London. Plus close to Hyde Park through a stretch of Bayswater, and to Little Venice. Quite pleased we stayed there and would come again. I would advise booking the larger rooms as the small and medium are small.

Very cute, clean, nice bathrooms. Lounge area is nice to hang and get work done in. Cafe downstairs is a great coffee and pastry stop. And so close to the Underground and Paddington station you could practically get anywhere.

If you just need a night to stay for the location (Paddington station), then this place will do. Otherwise, it's noisy (inside and outside), small rooms and always hot in there. I'd hate to go there when it was hot outside! Yes, they give you a fan in the room, but it's loud and only moves the hot air around. Bathrooms as also very tight. I won't stay there again.

Great location to Paddington, nice staff, and "compact" bunk room (which was expected). What I didn't expect was how noisy it would be there. I know they can't control other patrons, but people were loud and slamming doors constantly. Nice they have coffee/tea stations, however one was right outside my room which also was a cause of more noise. Would have preferred not being near that.

Hotel was soo cute and aesthetically pleasing! Amazing location by the train and cute restaurants around. The rooms were small but to be expected and there wasn’t AC so was a little hot at night yet they provide a standing fan. The restaurant in the hotel was very good for breakfast and we had great cocktails there before a night out.

This is a boutique Hotel about 100 yards from Paddington Heathrow Express and the Circle Line underground. Within walking distance of many great venues. We love this place and the wonderful staff!! Great breakfasts!!

This is a boutique hotel with a convenient setting near Paddington Station. It has a coffee house in the lobby/entry. The staff were kind but not overly friendly. Breakfast options were very nice. Please note, the rooms are tiny which means the bathrooms are also tiny and there is no lift. Thankfully these were not an issue for us, but if you are unable to use stairs easily or are a taller/larger person, you may feel a lot more cramped. There is a park across the street and a lot of touristy shops nearby. Pubs and restaurants are plentiful within a short walk. It was perfect for one night.
