Clean room, accommodating staff. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious, service a little slow. Location is great to walk to most shops and Hyde Park.

We found out after booking that the property was under renovation. The staff was all very nice and kind but there is construction debris and noise everywhere, the air conditioner was dripping on our table and belongings, the elevator super slow, and the overall condition of the property not very good. It is a very convenient location, and has old charm. I believe once renovations are completed it will be nicer.

Lots of renovation work underway downstairs so be prepared for disruption coming and going from the property. Also, those work people and even some staff will just push past you in corridors, which isn't great as a guest. Bedrooms are tired as well, especially single rooms. Location good.

This hotel is quite dated and shabby. The decor is tired. The air con leaked so the floor was wet. The tv’s didn’t work very well either and we had to call someone to the room 3 times to try and resolve it. The hallway was being decorated so you couldn’t take the stairs and the lift was tiny with big queues including the stafff

I would like to spend some words. To begin with, it is worth highlighting the sweetness of VALENTINA. She just makes the difference at the reception. Moreover, I feel like this hotel is a bit underrated. They would deserve way more support, as their quality price is definitely solid. Especially for the location.

Great location and potential but the hotel is in renovation that was not disclosed when reserving. I was assigned to floor 5 and the lift stops at 4 where I needed to climb with luggage. The room is a mixture of great renovation together with old items that rather be fixed.

The best thing about this hotel was its location. It is short distance from many landmarks and the restaurant just across the street, Daisy Green, was one of our favorite breakfast spots. The hotel is STILL under construction. Like full areas that you walk through that are fully torn apart and have workers drilling, hammering, et cetera.The gym that is advertised was unusable likely due to the construction. Super disappointing. The joke around the neighborhood from local businesses is "is The Leonard STILL under contstruction?"

Avoid - to get to my room I had to walk through a construction area (literally moving barriers out the way) and with no working lifts the walk to the fourth floor was quite the trek!
