The property was extremely dirty and full of mould. Carpet was completely wet and the room was full of mould and with a very intriguing stank! Disgusting!!!!! Communication with accommodation was very bad, not reachable and not open for any service. Colleague Expedia Devon was Very helpful, but also couldn’t reach the other and other booking agency. I booked with Expedia, i don’t have any contract with any other booking company, this should be arranged by Expedia, which unfortunately for this friendly guy, didn’t work. Expedia couldn’t reach the property or the booking agency behind it. This results in 2 sick people after sleeping for 3 nights in a basement full of mould where you wouldn’t even keep rats !!!!! This first evening there was no one to reach and the morning after we only got the message that the property is not reachable in the weekend, but you do rent out for the weekend?????? Expedia was helpful but because of different booking parties in Between, no one could help us !!! This is really unacceptable and we expect a FULL refund and a compensation on top!!!!!
