Room was small and the air conditioner was somewhat loud. Walls are a bit thin too. However, all this is offset by the location which is ultra central and close to a central underground hub station. It's a close walk to many London attractions as well. Bed was comfortable and the room clean. The complimentary cans of water were appreciated.

As usual the staff were friendly on arrival and quickly checked us in and stowed our luggage until our room was available. The reception area is comfy and welcoming with water for those waiting and biscuits and apples for the guests. The bed was comfy,the free toiletries were good quality and tea and coffee in the room if required.
