This property is bare bones basic. Like student accommodation.... chairs broken, stained sofa, mismatching cupboard doors, no personality, not like the photos at all.
It was clean and liveable and a good price but dont expect the photos as it is far from this. False advertising. When I complained, I heard nothing back
It is Nice and calm place to stay with access of centeral London Bus/Train just on 1/2 minutes walk

From the moment we arrived, and the place was actually quite a distance to walk from where we collected our keys, it was like walking into a sauna, obviously they know this as 3 fans were at the ready. Unbearable, we left early to find alternative accomodation. A big disappointment
The photos accompanying the advertisement for this property are not at all representative of the actual accommodation. The actual accommodation is also not at the same address listed in the advertisement (although was not a bad area) and we were required picking up a key and catching the tube to another residence which is not clearly outlined.
The apartment itself was worn and could do with some paint and a good clean. Positive aspect was excellent location (Shoreditch).
The property is nice and clean. Location is not good. Very noisy area , you can’t sleep and get some rest. The location on the Expedia post is just the office where you pick up the keys. Instead of telling us to take a cab , We were told it’s just close by from the office to the apartment but it’s not. We were dragging our suitcases , lost the wheels in of them and wasted an hour or more to get settled.
Mattress is a bit worn out so uncomfortable, everything else was OK.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and was in a great location.
Nice clean apartment. Sadly not the location on website. That is where you get the key. You then have to walk another 1/2 mile away from London on a busy road to the apartment. Think the listing should be where the apartment is not the office as very misleading. I wouldn’t of booked as didn’t want to be that far away and also on a noisy road.
Booked a 3 bedrooms superior unit at Olive Niké apartments (which are managed by London apartments) through Hotels.com
It was like a mystery apt, cause I didn’t know the exact address of the actual unit till the day of arrival. Surprises aplenty.
The unit given was situated at Bacon St (near Bricklane). Pros: it’s located in a vibrant area with plenty of food & drinking option. It’s spacious for a group of 7, although the number of cutlery caters for 6pax. Kitchen equipped, WiFi provided.
Cons: It’s located on the 2nd floor with no lift, people with mobility issue will not be suitable.
No shampoo nor shower gel provided. No hairdryer. Only complimentary hand soap given.
Hot and cold water system is a medieval system which tested the IQ and the thickness of your skin to withstand the sudden scalding water or icy jet of water
The windows are single glazed. So if u are a light sleeper, this unit is a no go. Even with windows shut, it feels as if u left it open and one can hear the animation of the streets from dusk till dawn.
En primer lugar, indica que son 200 libras de fianza, y después son 50 libras por persona, con lo cual, nosotros ibas 6 fueron 300, que no teníamos y tuvimos que pagar con la tarjeta...así que eso más comisión. El apartamento está a 20 minutos en metro de la oficina, que es la dirección que se refleja. Está en un barrio bueno, donde hay de todo y buena conexión, daba la sensación que fuera un barrio de negocios. Está muy bien equipado con cocina, con lavavajillas, congelador,nevera, cafetera y tetera y demás utensilios para cocinas y comer, además de secador y plancha. El problema es que la ropa de cama para el sofá cama estaba sucia con grandes manchas amarillas y de sangre. Quisimos imaginar que realmente era que no salía y si que si estaban limpias.
I chose the location of the accommodation as this was close my office however it transpired that this was only the key collection site and the apartment was 30 min drive away. Upon arrival the apartment was functional although not spotlessly clean. Upon waking on the final day there was no water!
No hot water! I called and complained both days I was there. They denied any knowledge of it! Hotels.com did little to nothing to help. Concierge was not available 24hrs like the sign stated.

Près de tout grâce à l'arrêt de bus à 2mn à pied, et la station de métro old street à 10mn, c'est un bel appartement avec 2chb et une grande pièce de vie (salon-cuisine-salle à manger), 2 wc/salle de bain douche, dont une avec baignoire. Une immense terrasse. Une belle vue. Très bien équipé, avec lave-linge sèche-linge, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, frigo, congélateur, et tout le petit électroménager. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Attention, les clefs sont à retirer dans un endroit différent (Adler street)
We stayed at the apartments when attending a gig in London, didn’t really know what to expect.
We found the office to check in and the apartment was closer than anticipated, being just 50 Yard’s around the corner.
Lovely, spacious three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. Opposite a pleasant park and within 100 yards of tube station. Literally had everything we need and was nicely furnished. We weren’t planning to spend too much time in the apartment but probably spent more time there as it was catering to our group needs.
Would definitely book again!
