"They dont respond messages through expedia. Funny thing they give you %25 discount coupon which doesnt covers breakfast, dinner or any drinks. Bed wasnt aligned well. Only good thing is convenience of the hotel location. Never go there again."

"Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold. "

"We initially were given a room with no view but we paid for a room with a view. This was rectified quite quickly. There was a smell of sewage in the bar and lobby area. The down stairs toilet was out of action so that was the suspected cause of the smell. The location was great and the view once we got one was fab"
