Convenient central stay for exploring central London with several sights within walking distance. Clean rooms with all the basics, just bring an adapter plug if you dont have a UK one

The hotel is great! I was apprehensive about the size of the rooms but I was pleasantly surprised. They are adequate and not claustrophobic. The vibe of the hotel is nice and everything was clean. The area is very walkable to soho and covent, the area has some homeless people around but I felt overall safe as a solo female traveler. Also have the tube station right out your door was a major plus.

The Hub by Premiere at Goodge St was really great. I mentioned that we had gotten engaged earlier on the trip and they left us a card, a bottle of champagne, and a bunch of sweets. The staff was always fantastic.

The room had bleached spots on the carpet, but seemed clean. When leaving l asked for a cab and was told to either use their direct line to order a cab that only accepts cash payments, or to download Uber. The reception refused to call a regular cab, sending me out to hail one in the rain.

Perfect for a short stay. We loved the room. It was small but perfect for us. We rarely were kn the room just for showering and sleep. Bathroom was very clean and updated. The only issue we had was there are so many homeless people right in front of the property. Besides that the property is conveniently located.Bus and underground station right next to the property. Walking distance to some attactions.

The property was clean and the staff were helpful. The air conditioning was a little weak and the weather was warm, so that was a challenge. Rooms are small but clean. We had one small window to let in light. Overall fine for the price.

Colazione molto scarsa, aveva solo pochi dolci, nulla di salato, come "internazionale" è decisamente inaccettabile. La camera era piccolissima, di fatto una singola, senza spazio per appoggiare i vestiti, senza armadi. Il letto era chiuso su tre lati, un ospite deve scavalcare l'altro nel sonno per andare in bagno, inaccettabile. Inoltre la dotazione era per una persona sola (asciugamano singolo) invece che per due. Infine, trovo inaccettabile che si debba richiedere la pulizia della camera, senza che questa venga effettuata automaticamente. Credo sarà la mia prima e ultima esperienza con questa catena
