Cozy yet comfortable and well-appointed room, very comfortable mattress - felt like it was between a Queen and a King (can't be sure which it was labeled). Very accommodating staff. Proximity to King's Crossing station couldn't be beat when we were headed via LNR to Edinburgh the next day, and a wide variety of nearby restaurants within walking distance.
Our stay was exceptional, thank you so much! Friendly staff, clean rooms & hotel, access to anywhere else in london via railway/tube and or bus from hotel. Food places all around and even though it's one of the busiest areas you do not hear anything outside once your in your room!
Room was clean, spacious, airy and bright, quiet (despite front facing onto main station road). My only criticism is that there wasn’t a shower in our room only a bath with a shower attachment. However, overall a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
The staff were very helpful when I thought I’d lost my phone too!
Was recommended this hotel and I’m so glad we went. Everything was so clean and the staff were lovely and attentive. Also a great area and you are a 2 minute walk away from the tube.
Lovely calm quiet hotel even though it was right next to the train station.
Staff were very helpful, the room was spotless, small but had everything you needed.
Breakfast was served to your table and was perfect.
So handy for Kings Cross Station. Will use again.
We have stayed here a few times. It’s always great. We live the space and design of this hotel. The pantry area is so clever - offering tea, coffee, fresh milk and some small cakes and Tunnocks for an afternoon snack. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped and the location at the doors of King's Cross and St Pancras keep you well connected around London and beyond
The room looked clean, but you could see shoe prints on the bathroom floor. It looked like they did not wash the bathroom floors prior to my arrival. Hotel was good but not stellar. Definitely not worth $500 / night. Would not chose again, in spite of convenient location.
Great hotel, location and staff, but, it was hot in London, and the room air conditioning wouldn't cool, the max ac setting was 19c setting, but it got nowhere close to that.
I cannot begin to describe the loveliness of this hotel! Convenient for train travelers, it is steps away from both the Tube and Kings Cross trains. The bed linens were the smoothest I've ever experienced, and after a little digging on their website, discovered their beds are some of the highest quality on the market. Nespresso pods, cookies, and glass bottled water were in each room, and there was a pantry on each floor if you needed anything additional. Soft towels, lovely toiletries, and showers at floor level (if you've stayed in London, a lot of times there is an elevated tub you have to climb into and no shower door, just a 1/2 screen.) The decor was charming, as was the staff. But best of all, there was functioning A/C (I was there when it was 97 degrees) and double paned windows that blocked out every single street noise. This is my new favorite hotel!
Room was clean and an okay size. Room was also quiet, especially considering the location. No iron or ironing board. TV barely worked (if you care about that in a hotel). Location great for access to St Pancras or Kings Cross. I wouldn’t stay more than a night, however. Staff weren’t very friendly. Aircon isn’t the best, and seemingly no alternative to a 13.5 tog duvet in the height of summer. Good little hotel, but likely wouldn’t stay again.
Perfect location if you are traveling to or from London via train or tube. Nicely renovated. Rooms are small but very clean. Nice coffee bar at the end of the hall. Helpful staff, especially the bellhop.
