The Location of the hotel is excellent, its very close to the British Museum and many bus routes. The staff are the hotel's best asset. Willing to help sort issues if needed and generally friendly. The kitchenette has only a kettle and microwave .

Large room with small bar/kitchen. Microwave, small refer. No a/c but fans and operable windows overcame issue with mild weather.

Just a heads up that there is no air conditioning but the hotel did have oscillating fans and windows that opened. You will definitely need a power converter as there are no regular outlets nor USB ports for charging your phone, ipad, etc. I had an adapter but the hotel was able to supply a converter plug. Breakfast a little pricey but London overall is expensive. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and the staff helped us with arranging a ride to the London Eye that was reasonable and on time. We had 13 people in our group. The rooms were quite spacious.

The location and staff were amazing. However we got caught here during an awful heatwave with a heat shield in July. This hotels windows face the afternoon sun which makes the room sweltering even with the blackout curtains. No air conditioning and the bathroom doesn’t have a fan so the showers humidity just hovers in the bathroom indefinitely. The room does have a plug in fan but we needed to run our handheld fans too. The WiFi is non existent. You can log into the WiFi but it’s faster to turn it off and use your phones data. The tiny kitchenette is good. The location is what redeems this hotel. We loved being near the Le Cordon Bleu school and cafe which was so delicious and the only thing that opens before 10am plus the cafe has air conditioning.

Beskidt og slidt. Det er i hvertfald ikke 4 stjerner standard. Højst 2. Beskidt og slidt gulvtæppe, vægge, senge, sofa, dør, osv. Personale er flink.
