The room was clean to a standard, staff were helpful and professional enough, break fast was okay but needs more efforts especially with re-filling food for guests on time. However, the room was not equipped with towels/bath mat which had to be requested and parking attendants were embarrassing guests for parking facilities which should not be.

Though the location is less convenient than the hotels in town center of Croydon, the connection with Bus is also fine with 5 to 10 mins walk. The Colonnades offer good choice of catering from fast food Macdonald to grilled chicken Nando. Breakfast is good with basic variety of eggs, beans, hashbrowns, sausages, fruit and flakes considering the relatively low room price.
