This is a fantastic hotel. We stayed in connecting family rooms and were very comfortable throughout our stay over Christmas. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The beds and bathrooms were great. Breakfast was absolutely worth it… would recommend this to anyone visiting London. The location also cannot be beat.

Rooms were spotless, the staff were super friendly. I don't want to sound like a tight scotsman (although I am :), this is not a cheap hotel so to get £12.80 per day for what they called servicing the room (discretionary) was a bit much . If a hotel of this class don't pay their staff enough that they rely on tipping then get a new job

Location of the hotel is ideal for short weekend trip to London - short distance to Covent Garden, parks and many key London sights. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but tried the onsite bar - nice and cozy, but very slow service.

Safe hotel at the Scotland Yard!

Very good service. Especially at the breakfast. But the offer was a bit poor on the buffé when paying that price. And where was the Champagne? The bar was absolutely great. Drinks outside the menue was prepared. So was the resturant Parlour. Didn’t try Niklas grill though. Next time perhaps.

Had a great stay. The hotel was beautiful, loved the artwork and history. The room was small but well appointed. Lovely breakfast. Had a scrumptious Afternoon Tea in The Parlour. The hotel was right in the heart of Westminster, but was very quiet. Very close to the a tube station and the river. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were truly wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They took our luggage and stored it securely until our room was ready, which made our arrival stress-free. The bar area in the hotel was a great spot to relax, with a comfortable atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the city center. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!
