Friendly staff and nice breakfast.
Had a really nice stay. Friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast. The bed was a bit small and also the bathroom. Overall good value for money for a hotel in London.

Just OK.
Room were both cramped and spacious ironically. Quiet area considering we were in London.
Located in a good area close to local shops, pubs and eateries, as well as close tube stations for ease of getting around. Hotel is basic , simple and rooms fairly compact but perfectly fine as a base for London activities. Would stay again.
Very clean and very friendly lady on reception. Pleasantly surprised. Only negatives are the steep stairs after a long day in London haha. Very happy with our stay and would return. No aircon in room but wasn’t expecting any at the good value price.

It was fine. Not much to say. Front desk folks were friendly.
The hotel room was small, but clean. The breakfast was fine. There were many options for public transport nearby so that was great. The location of the hotel was good too, very close to the park en shops nearby.
Breakfast was over expectation and also the rooms. Even though they were tiny they were clean and functional.

Good, small hotel
We had two rooms. The other was quite small, but had nice view and a balcony. The other room was bigger, but the view was not very enjoyable. The view was toward inner jard and it was tirdy. Rooms were clean and the staff were nice. Breakfast was simple but good.
As a family with children, I recommend staying on the first floor because there is no elevator in the hotel. When we checked in, our room was set as the 4th floor, but fortunately, our room was changed to the 1st floor in the following days. All the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone was very helpful. We would like to stay again on our next trip.

Only for the fit!!
Be aware there is no lift and to our room was 60 steep steps!! At our age we were breathless! The room is very small (33) and hot , bed was comfortable, seemed clean
Breakfast was a bit sparse

Bed was not that comfortable and our room was close to front door of hotel so a bit noisy. When asked to change to another room, we were denied. .
We did feel safe and the staff were all very pleasant/ helpful.
The room was very clean and modern. Just pity that there wasn't a small refridgerator in the room. The room I stayed in would've been perfect for a solo-traveler, it was a bit too small for 2 persons. The hotel is located in between Paddington (underground) station and Bayswater/Queensway Underground. 5 min walk to the entrances of Kensington Gardens. Very friendly staff.

Although the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The problem was the room at the top of the building 6 flights of stairs so don't take huge amounts of luggage it will take maximum effort and the windows !!!!! Rattle and bang honestly it would of been quieter sleeping under a tree in Hyde park.
London hotels are very often of this type: the claustrophobically challenged should avoid, but in case you're travelling with hand luggage only, you will fit in the room and probably also sleep rather nicely. Showering nicely will depend heavily on the size of the traveller, there is very little room for movement. Location of the hotel is very convenient when travelling to/from Paddington, which is within just a 5 minute walk.

Think Twice, website is misleading.
Honest info: website is misleading at best. £10 per bag charge for storage, £30 for late check out. I reserved a Deluxe Dbl room based on website photos, the room barely held a dbl bed. The open “closet” was tiny and not easy to access. I’ve traveled multiple countries, including previously to London, I understand rooms are small, but this was ridiculous, especially when considering the website false advertising photos. Staff did their best to be accommodating, and were helpful.
No problems with stairs (no lift), lots of “fire doors” to access the rooms. Rooms were clean and adequately maintained in general.
I would not stay at this hotel again.
