Needs a lot of maintenance and there is a drainage problem as the bathroom smells disgusting. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom and we had asked for it only arrived as we opened the door to leave. There weren’t enough teabags in the room only 1 for 2 people staying

Horrible experience. No toiletries or hand soap provided I had to go to the store and buy my own bottle of hand soap as well as disinfectant wipes because the furniture was visibly dirty. Wifi was terrible. There was a TV but no remote. Carpet and mugs provided for coffee were also visibly dirty. Blankets had stains. Shower head was pretty much falling apart making it difficult to shower comfortably. We were located in a downstairs room with a cracked window and a view of a garbage dump. The beds did not have proper bedding (no fitted sheets just plain flat sheet on top of mattress) the door locks are very questionable. You have to really push the door to close it. I did question my safety at one point. Do not stay here.

トコジラミとダニがベッド、床カーペットにおり100箇所以上刺されました。宿泊中もベッドでは寝れず椅子で寝ていました。部屋はエキストラで上の方の階、部屋の大きさはとても良く、シャワー、トイレの水の流れは問題なく満足です。スタッフもとても親切でした。立地的にもスーパーは近く、何より駅まで徒歩数分でとても利便性がよくとても良かったです。ですが…ホテル内掃除がされておらず、宿泊17日しましたが、ルームクリーンはなし。廊下も埃だらけ…廊下に置いてある掃除機を借りて自分で掃除しました。不衛生さとトコジラミ、ダニが本当に残念！！その他は良いですが、トコジラミ、ダニに刺されたところは帰国してからも悩まされてました。もう宿泊は遠慮します。

Personnel agréable mais chambre désastreuse : Fenetre cassée, chauffage bloqué sur température maximale, tous les meubles sont abîmés. Le wifi fonctionne quand il veut, et meme quand il fonctionne il marche très mal, impossible de regarder netflix sans interruptions, le wifi se deconnecte tout seul. Aucune isolation sonore on entend la rue comme les voisins (a cote/dessus/dessous) Pas le lit le plus confortable, il est assez dur. Aussi une odeur d'egout et de cigarette dans la chambre impossible a enlever. Pour notre part la chambre etait pas trop sale nous n'avons pas eu de cafard. Toutes les prises ne sont pas fonctionnelles.
