First family trip to London. Nice apartment close to local pubs, restaurants, transport and green space for kids to play in. Had some issues with hot water and toilet seat but rectified swiftly by staff. Just wish staff could give us more time to answer door before letting themselves into the apartment-kids and myself were in shower😬

No Frills but very spacious

The check in location was not very close to the actual apartment. Because our flight came in late, we had to walk because the security guard who checked us in wouldn’t call a taxi. That was a very off-putting experience with three small children at 12:30am.

Great place if you need lots of space.

The hotel is in a good location. About a 10 minute walk to the metro station and several nearby restaurants. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was well supplied. Our main problem was no Wi-Fi. In order to get any service you have to email and wait for a response. After several emails regarding the WiFi and them telling us they were working on it, we gave up. We ended up having to pay the AT&T $10/day/per phone international fee to have connections. That was frustrating. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Loved the washer/dryer (though directions on use would have saved some time). Iron and hair dryer provided as well. Overall, we had a good visit and enjoyed our stay.

Appartement très bien situé au cœur de Londres dans un quartier tranquille. Très spacieux et bien équipé notamment avec une literie de qualité. Le seul bémol, il faut aller chercher les clés au siège de la société acorn office à environ 15 mn de marche à pied.

No elevator. Late check in was a hassle, need to pick up key from different place . No email or proper instructions on how to get the key . Supplies of toiletries not enough. Couch and carpet dirty but location good.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Emplacement idéal

Appartement connu de notre part, puisque nous l'avions déjà loué l'année dernière pour 6 personnes aussi. Hyper bien situé, proche de nombreux quartiers forts sympathiques. Covent Garden n'est qu'à 10-15 mns à pied par exemple, idem pour Oxford Street. L'isolation phonique n'est pas au top (prévoir le nécessaire pour ceux qui ont le sommeil fragile). Par contre, les lits de 90 sont super confortables. La salle à manger et la cuisine sont impeccables pour 6 personnes. 2 salles de bain (avec toilettes intégrées), bien pratiques pour gagner du temps le matin. En tous les cas, Très bon rapport qualité prix.

All'ultimo momento ci è stato dato un appartamento in Byng Road, vicino all'università, nei pressi di Euston e Russell Square. Il check-in è andato al meglio. Le stanze erano abbastanza pulite. Avevamo chiesto due letti matrimoniali ma non li abbiamo trovati. Li abbiamo uniti noi facilmente. Piatti, pentole, posate e bicchieri al minimo, esatti per 6 persone. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti con il soggiorno. Al check-out, di domenica, abbiamo trovato due membri dello staff non molto professionali (facebook e playstation erano piú importanti di noi) ma è una piccola pecca in uno staff altrimenti gentile.

Appartement fonctionnel mais mal entretenu

Appartement plutôt bien situé, dans un quartier très calme, bus à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux et assez fonctionnel, mais très mal équipé et entretenu : le matériel de cuisine est très insuffisant (des toutes petites casseroles pour 6 personnes, un peu juste....). Les salles de bain sont vieillissantes, la douche ne fonctionne plus dans l'une d'entre elles, les robinets fuient.... Dans l'une des chambres, seule 1 lampe de chevet fonctionne sur 3. Le mobilier est abîmé. La propreté laisse à désirer, nous avons retrouvé dans une chambre un caleçon d'un ancien locataire... Niveau accueil, très peu d'informations sur les activités, commerces à proximité. Un document présent dans l'appartement précise surtout nos devoirs en tant que locataires, mais pas très accueillant... Bref, cet appartement mériterait vraiment d'être rénové et mieux équipé.

God lejlighed, men mange små ting der ikke virkede

Fin stor lejlighed, som lå dejlig tæt på mange af de ting vi ville se. Da det er en billig lejlighed kan man jo ikke forvente at alt er perfekt, så de små ting der ikke virkede måtte vi bare tage med. bruseren og vaskemaskinens virkede ikke ordentligt, og receptionisten var ikke super imødekommende, men ellers var alt fint.

Great deal for the price

Stayed at the Baker's Row apartment with our family of 5. We had looked into 2 hotel rooms versus staying at some other apartments, but this suited our needs the best. It consisted of 2 bedrooms, each with 3 twin beds (meaning no one had to share a bed), 2 full bathrooms, a large living/dining area with a table to sit 6 as well as two sofas, and a kitchen with gas oven, microwave, 2 fridges, and even a washer and dryer. As others of have said, it was a little bit of pain to check in at a different site, but they were very nice and let us stow our luggage there before check in. The apartment in furnished mostly with IKEA everything; the flooring in the kitchen was not in great shape; and the blinds did not all work well. BUT, for our family, and especially in LONDON, this is a great deal. We had the room to spread out, there were lots of bus stops and shops/restaurants close by, and since it was not on a major street, with the windows closed it was relatively quiet compared to some places.The Farringdon station was relatively close by as well. Highly recommend running by King of Falafel to pick up food to go!

A few blocks from downtown area.

I stayed with my adult children and a friend of theirs. It was very clean and there was plenty of room without us being on top of each other. We all had our own twin bed there were 6 twin beds. Great for a large group without breaking the bank. The only thing one bathroom shower had not hot water so we all used the one bath that was working but still utilized both for brushing teeth and going to bathroom. Very large and clean. You do have to check in at another address that was at least 2 miles away....check out just leave keys and go.

Rigtig fin lejlighed men rigtig upraktisk at check-in stedet lå så langt væk fra selve lejligheden, og at der ikke var nogen elevator i lejlighedsbygningen, når man skal op med barnevogn og baggage.
