「First, we arrive with an Expedia reservation and the Comfort Suites has "no record" of it. The desk clerk (with limited English) has to talk to his manager and tells me I have to call Expedia. Expedia confirms we have a reservation and gives them a virtual card (because I have already paid through Expedia) but that virtual card is supposed declined. I then have to cancel the reservation through Expedia and book directly.

「位於Monroe 和 N State St 之間, 優勢是交通便利，走路到 M park 很近。免費早餐提供適當足夠的食物與飲料，CP質高。櫃檯服務人員都很友善，提供諮詢與行李寄存服務。房間有一缺點是浴室地板沒有排水孔，抽風功能似乎不足，要注意盥洗時避免讓水潑濺到地板。」
