"breakfast did not have much options, and was cold. coffee was disgusting. water in cooler was warm. no staff just one person sitting on reception and was not much polite. terrible. terrible. shower made squeaking noise. experience was 1 star compared to the price they took. checkout out of the hotel after first night only. and also no comforter just a blanket wrapped in sheets. did not get even partial refund on checkout even after giving 24 hrs notice. "

"I had a very unpleasant experience at this property. I was assigned to Room 219, which is in desperate need of renovation. The toilet seat and bathtub were peeling and scraped, and the front door was difficult to close. The heater was so loud that it woke me up every half hour throughout the night, and the TV connectivity was unreliable. To make matters worse, the staff was not particularly friendly, and I was incorrectly charged at the front desk for a room I had already pre-paid for via Hotels.com.
