「The room was lovely everything was spotless! There were dog biscuits for my fur baby! Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast and much appreciated. What stood out was that in my hurry to hit the road as soon as possible due to the snow, I realized I had left my purse in the room. I called and Cleo who assured me they would go up and bring it down to the desk. I turned around and when I went in, there it was! I couldn’t say thank you in person but I really appreciated it. 」
