"We had such a great stay! The staff were friendly and we were allowed a late checkout. They really paid attention to detail as we had had asked for specifics and they accommodated us and made us both feel at home. Loved the hot tub and the cleanliness of the room. "This was our second stay at the Radisson in Scranton, and it’s quickly become our go-to whenever we’re in the area. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and room-service breakfast in bed was amazing. Mitchell went above and beyond — super pleasant and incredibly helpful, especially during a busy check-in rush. The only downside is the pillows, which are a bit small and left me with a stiff neck, but if that’s my biggest complaint, it’s a minor one! Overall, another fantastic stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We will see you on January 30th and March 2nd next year!"
