「We’ve stayed in the past, this time it seemed off. The room kind of had a smell. This bed not as good as last year at this time. Maybe just an off day.」

「Breakfast had so many tasty options, including for those on restricted diets.」

「My room was not that clean and had a smell of cigarette smoke. I do want to say the staff are very pleasant and very respectful, but can only do so much with the resources they have. There was never any kind of juice in the mornings even after a person came in to fix the machine. Breakfast was adequate despite that. It was a convenient location but I don't know that I would stay there again.」

「The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient. 」

「I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down」

「The room was generally clean and comfortable, with just a few areas that could use some attention—such as a light touch-up of paint around the windows and some hard water buildup on the shower head. The carpet showed a bit of staining, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options.」

No clean towels, the floors weren’t cleaned. I stayed Monday night left on Wednesday morning. The person that was supposed to clean my room had the gull to ask if I would give him a tip. 「The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. We had booked two king suites and mine and my husbands was clean and bed was very comfortable. The coffee maker did not seem to work in our room and the TV kept losing connection which was one issue the staff was unable to help with. My daughters room on the other hand had a VERY bad food odor that would not go away. The staff tried spraying the room and did offer for my daughter to switch rooms, but unfortunately they could not...
