「Excellent location with lots of easy free parking. Chef made us a delicious, large portion, plated breakfast each morning. She was extremely helpful answering questions about the property, surrounding sites and places to dine for dinner. Bonus- "The Barn" is located right next to the Inn and had live entertainment both nights we stayed. I highly recommend this Inn if looking to stay in Harper's Ferry!!」

「Booked the room because it was a good price and the photos weren’t bad. When we got there, the photos we saw is not was we showed up to. There was rodent poop in the bed and the dresser drawers. The one chair had a cigarette burn and the other chair had some weird stains on it. The bottom of the door was busted and you could see between the door and the door frame, out to the parking lot. The outlets didn’t even have covers on them. All the patchwork on the walls were done but just left as is...

「The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.」

「Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,...

「Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area did not have enough tables; people had to stand up to eat. Parking was good. TV SERVICE WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE ... 1st night there staff couldn't get the TV to work. Who needs 2 thousand channels that don't work. I was told there was a fix in the works. I wanted to check in early and the staff was accommodating but it came at a price. The room was noisy. Sounded like boiling or gargling water in the walls, plus, there was construction work going...

「We weren’t there long enough to use any amenities so I can’t really speak to that but it was a nice room and bathroom. No complaints at all. If breakfast was supposed to be part of the fee it was not obvious when it was served.」
