「We received such a warm welcome at The Boars Head. It felt like everything in the room was really high spec. Loved that we had a stocked fridge (you had to pay for most items, though!) with free milk and a free dram each, too! A espresso machine with good choice of coffees and tea bags. The decor was beautiful, the shower was powerful. The toiletries smelt wonderful - always good to get conditioner supplied, too - A marker of a good quality hotel, in my opinion! 「The room was clean but the shower did not work very well. The breakfasts were good but not impressed by the bar and restaurant. Food was cold and less than average quality, staff were too busy doing stuff to be able to focus on the customers. The wi-fi was non-existent not helped by poor mobile signal. Not good value for money so not likely to stay again.」

「Staff were so friendly! I was half an hour early for check in and only came in to ask about the car if I could leave it there to grab some lunch but they allowed me to check in early and sign the tablet for my car! I will definitely be coming again. Breakfast was lovely too. Taking the order whilst going in to grab some continental. Very quick service with hot food.」

「Goed en rustig gelegen hotel met ruime parking. Ruime kamers en goede bedden. Ontbijt was maar magertjes, wegens het ontbreken van een assortiment van broodjes en bvb. stokbrood. Onderhoud kan ook beter: glasplaat op nachtkastje was nog vuil, plastiek dopje en paprikachips onder het bed, lippenstift op de tas bij het ontbijt. Kamers zijn gedateerd.」
