The room was a bit cramped, and the toilet needed a little help with flushing, but the bed was comfortable, the location was great, and the full Scottish breakfast was superb. Best of all, James Duncan was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome.

James and Staff were extraordinary in their service! A plus is the parking in front, although limited to 4 cars. Delicious breakfasts were served in a wonderful restaurant setting. Suggestions for restaurants were awesome. Our group of 4 could not have found a better place for our multi-day stay in Perth. This was one of our highlights for our two-week stay throughout Scotland.

It was nice to have parking out front but if you have a larger car or an SUV, it might be a little tight. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was just a short walk from some key sites downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

Camera molto pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima. L'unica pecca è il parcheggio, perché i parcheggi del b&b sono pochi e al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio a pagamento visto che era tutto pieno.

Access from street problematic due to 4 cars being parked outside and getting past with luggage an issue without scraping the cars. Staff good, breakfast good though didn't have cooked option.

This bed and breakfast does the job- a good nights sleep and a hearty breakfast. It is showing its age but there is evidence of renovation and a strong smell of recent paint. So to the owners credit they are investing in updates and care about their customers. I was travelling so only needed a good nights sleep. I did walk to a nearby Indian and had no concerns about my safety. I would use again on my travels as it is value for money and updating.
