「This hotel has lovely views and great staff, my room was not what it showed on the pics, mattress and pillows very old and uncomfortable and need changing, I had to put towels over my quilt as the room was so cold through the night as they turned the heating off and it was almost zero degrees outside. I can’t fault the staff at all and it was a nice atmosphere but that let it down for me」

「Friendly hotel, helpful staff and great food. I'll be back.」

「職員很樂意提供協助，但旅館位置較偏僻，要過一條頗危險的馬路才可以到大型超市。」

「All the staff were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were delicious with a good choice. We had dinner on one evening and all four of us were more than happy with the quality of the food. We will definitely stay again.」

「It as fine」

「The room was perfect. So clean and nicely decorated. Everything you needed there. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend」

「Very personal service.」

「Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. 「Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.」

「Great place to stay」

「Good value for money 」

「Good value for the price. Lovely large room and friendly staff on reception - enjoyed the Welsh cakes given on arrival. Nice seating area near the entrance to relax in.」

「The outside tables could do with replacing. Accommodation was good but the bedside lamps didn’t work and toilet roll holder needs replacing. The food was excellent and restaurant is very well presented but the inner door from the conservatory closed with a loud bang that we could hear clearly from our room.」

「Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation 」
