My said the the spa was excellent and well worth the extra for a full body massage. Very good. Only minor issue we had was the heated flooring in bathroom we couldn't get it working. Mentioned to staff they said they would fix it but never seemed to be fixed. We honestly weren't that bothered with this though. The hotel is in the most central location only a few feet...

「新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！ 早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富 這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住」

「The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.」

Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed including fridge ( stocked with a mini bar) microwave, hob, safe, ironing board and super hot and powerful shower. Everything was spotless and when the outside temperature was -12 our room was warm and cosy. The breakfast had everything you could think off, from cereal, bacon, eggs to homemade jams, fresh honey comb and everything inbetween. The reception area is staffed 24 hours a day and staff are friendly...
