"Great option close to airport for an early morning flight. Check-in was easy with a very friendly desk clerk. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was all we were looking for. At first I was worried because I didn’t see a coffee maker in the room but a note on the mini fridge stated coff was available 24/7 in the lobby which was more convenient and delicious and strong. Check out at 4:00am was a breeze. My only complaint was the lack of choices in the lobby convenience store. But not a big deal."

"The room was spacious and clean. I requested roll-in shower. The bathroom had plenty of room for maneuvering wheelchair and walker."

"Hampton Inn is different from the old days. Mattresses and pillows are not comfortable. Sheets are changed every four days, towels every two days. Breakfast is no longer very good."

"I’m not saying the bedroom wasn’t okay for the price. However, the main photo showed a full kitchen, which led us to believe we could cook our own meals instead of eating out. In reality, the room only had a microwave. After checking the description afterwards, I saw it only mentioned the microwave — but why use a picture of a full kitchen as the first photo for a standard bedroom? When a listing shows something, I expect to get exactly that. If the photos had been accurate and hadn’t created a false impression, I would have easily given a 5-star review. The only other downside was the late check-in, which was done via a screen with someone in California. While it might feel fancy to some, I found it quite impersonal and a bit creepy. I much prefer interacting with a real person at the front desk."
