"I took a late spring break trip with my 2, 17 year old sons and their best friend. We had an amazing trip. Lots of room to wander, always an open pool chair. This is our second Riu stay and I look forward to our third. Fresh food, friendly staff and so clean. "

"Title: Constructive Feedback on Recent Stay – Areas for Improvement I recently stayed at this property and wanted to leave balanced, honest feedback to help both the hotel and future guests. While I appreciate the team’s efforts, several issues impacted my comfort and overall experience. The room itself was not fully ready upon arrival. The duvet cover had a prominent red-brown stain that strongly resembled a blood stain. This was concerning from a hygiene perspective and should have been caught during housekeeping turnover. Temperature control was another challenge. The air conditioning was unable to cool the room adequately despite being reported to the front desk. The space remained uncomfortably warm throughout the stay. One evening we lost water pressure for over two hours, eliminating the possibility of taking a shower. The issue was finally resolved close to 10:00 p.m., which was quite inconvenient. In addition, the bathroom was missing facecloths upon check-in. The swimming pools were noticeably murky with poor water clarity, making them unappealing for use. Regular maintenance or improved filtration appears to be needed. Smoking policies were not well enforced during my visit. Guests were smoking in various common areas, and I observed cigarette butts on the elevator floor—an enclosed public space—which affected the environment for non-smokers. "Los menús muy bien , lamentable solo en el área de family 2 barras , hibalisna otras áreas de palladium y no nos servían las mismas bebidas, te hacían ir al área de family a servirte, la atención de los meseros en family excelente , los aires acondicionados del cuarto no enfriaban eran 11 habitaciones en total que vivamos en familia, los jacuzzi de los cuartos con agua sucia que salía muy mal mantenimiento en sus tuberías "
