"Lovely hotel. Easy walking distance to shops, bars, Praca do Comercio etc. Rooms immaculately clean, gorgeous products and the comfiest bed ever. Bathrobes and slippers, mini fridge restocked daily. Staff brilliant, friendly and professional, very smart. Breafast had everything we needed. Would absolutely return next time in Lisbon. "

"Beautiful location, booked a junior suite. Be sure to ask where your room is before you commit. Our "water view" was a tiny bit of water with the building across the street as our main view. Hotel is upscale and clean but our shower door stuck (causing over-spill), our shower drain cover was unattached exposing screws, our safe didn't work, and figuring out lighting was a chore every night. Hairdryer would not work in the only outlet near mirror unless we turned most of the other lights off. We are travelers...I expected more for the price of the room. We did tell staff about the safe and they offered to come up but by the third night it was just not worth it. I am Expedia platinum, and at least expected a decent view. We did not have our breakfast included so we ate at a cafe next door for 20 euro instead of 50. Some interactions with front desk staff were great, others were less than enthusiastic. "

"The service was five stars. They are welcome and friendly every step of the way! Location is central and very good. The property didn’t feel 5 stars at all. The carpets really need to be replaced and upgrades in the lobby. If you want luxe, don’t stay here. If you want really great location, service and I’d also mention comfortable bed, stay here. "

"The rooms and the facility was very clean, warm and inviting. The staff was always smiling and courteous with a great attitude. Special shout out to Joan, Pedro and Sara at the front desk.
