Hébergement bien placé, propre, fonctionnel mais mal insonorisé. On entend les voisins comme si ils étaient chez nous.

Location is good. The lack of AC when it’s hot in Lisbon makes it uncomfortable. Also the 67 stairs to get to the room made it difficult to get the luggage there and climb them multiple times during the day. Not for anyone old or not in shape.

Excellent location in a great area and close to two metro stations. All of the people we dealt with were very friendly. The apartment itself was reasonably comfortable for two people but pretty cramped with four. Not recommended for tall folks - by partner hit his head on the doorways a few times and barely fit in the shower space. The 4-flight climb was a bit rough on my partner's parents.

This property was very convenient in the heart of everything very easy to access all tours and attractions lisbon has to offer. It was very clean the beds are very comfortable. They were very good restaurants right on the same street and many many places to eat at your fingertip.

The location of the Accomodation was excellent. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station. Right next to the Chafariz do Carmo which is set in a beautiful square with a couple of cafes and music. Also great location for the rear entrance (that avoids queues) at the Elevador de Santa Justa. Only thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no lift. Would definitely stay again

Хорошие и чистые апартаменты, кроме ОЧЕНЬ крутой лестницы на 4-ый этаж и владелец должен прочистить слив в душе, чтобы у гостей оставалось ощущение чистоты. Расположение отлично.

I have never left a negative review in all my years traveling, but this NEEDS TO BE TOLD.
We (a family of 4) stayed at this apartment for four days at the beginning of August.
Already started off wrong when after a long flight we just wanted to shower. Well we showered and the shower drain wasn't working, thus having to spend 1 hour drying up the bathroom floor. They send "Carlos" the next day when we were not there.
But all nonsense aside.... this is where it gets interesting.
We were communicating with Thomas before our stay, she sent some Asian lady to give us the key and "ask for our CC for 150 euro damage deposit".
She picked up the phone and called someone with our CC and it hasn't been returned yet (13 days later). We filed a complaint with hotels.com and they advised no charge like that went through their hotel.
AS SOON as I checked out, "Thomas" blocked me on WhatsApp where we were communicating.
Will never be back and will absolutely leave reviews of this place on every site possible.
It not about the 150 euros, it's about the principle.
Rent this place at your own risk. Not to mention Hotels.com should remove this listing.
